ProNet was developed by veteran commercial real estate brokers looking for ways to reduce the volume of paperwork and manual processing involved in leasing and sales transactions. Our experienced team combines the necessary elements of CRE domain experience, technical expertise, and customer onboarding and support, enabling ProNet to deliver world class cutting edge software technology to our CRE clients.


Jon Silbermann
President & CEO

Jon has been a commercial real estate broker and investor since 1986, is currently Managing Partner of NAI Partners and is the founder of ProNet. As CEO, Jon provides the overall strategic planning and management of the company. Jon is the primary designer of the product and his deep domain and industry experience provide him with the ideal background and experience for this role.

Nicholas Gomez
Chief Technology Officer

Nicholas Gomez has been with ProNet since it’s earliest product stages. He has helped realize Jon’s vision for a streamlined automation solution to commercial real estate problems. He has worked with his team of talented developers to hone the product into a solution that addresses unique and complex issues within commercial real estate. He has used both his business mindset as well as technical skills to help bootstrap ProNet to create a significant and disruptive product that plans to be a mainstay in the commercial real estate landscape. 

Barbara Willborn
Director, Client Services & Administration

Barbara has over 15 years’ experience dedicated to managing and delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience across multiple industries.  As Director, Client Services & Administration, Barbara is chartered with developing, and managing ProNet’s Customer Service teams, which includes on-boarding new clients, Inside Small Business Sales and Customer Support.  Barbara and her team create team synergies to delight our customers.

Ray Garcia
Director of Sales

With over 8 years of experience in the sales industry, Ray Garcia has cultured himself on the customer and company relationship. Having a diverse and encompassing sales history, his strong knowledge of reaching the right customer base fitting for both parties has become his passion. As Director of Sales, Ray is overseeing the process of bridging customers who are looking to gain efficiency with ProNet’s innovative and cutting edge software.
